Peru - Day 1

Judy, Ryan and I have arrived in Peru.  We arrived in Lima late last night and took an early morning flight to Cusco.  From there we had a 1 hour taxi ride to Urubamba, where we will stay for 3 nights.  Urubamba is about 8000 feet in altitude and its effects are felt by all of us.  We are staying in the Hotel Recoleta, a former Jesuit monastery:
